ST. LOUIS (KMOX) – Despite efforts to end their intrusions, telemarketers are still at it, and now Missouri is suing three companies for allegedly violating the state’s telemarketing and No Call laws.

Missouri Attorney General Chris Koster says he’s received hundreds of complaints about AAA Anytime Duct Cleaning of St. Louis, including claims that its callers have cursed at or threatened those refusing their sales pitch.

Triple-A is also accused of offering cleanings for 44.95, but trying to charge over a $1,000.

St. Peters-based Integrity Home Solutions and Minnesota-based EZ Home Solutions are accused of calling people on the No Call List.

Texas-based Touchstone Communications has settled the suit against it, agreeing to pay $18,000 and stop calling those on the list.
